So, a year ago next month, Richard Peak buys a building in the Historic West Bottoms in Kansas City, Kansas. Phone rings. “Trish, I bought a building today” I reply “Great Richard, what are you going to do with the building?” Richard says, “Oh, it’s not what I’m going to do with it, but rather what you are going to do with it.” I say “Oh, what am I going to do with a building in Kansas City?” to which Richard replies, “Turn it into a showroom.”
