"Hi Trisha, Hopefully you remember me I am a customer that got a shower enclosure off of your auction. It was A8052B. I bought it mainly because my father is handicap and thought it would be easier for him to get in and out of it and it also has a seat. Dont get me wrong it is a awesome shower that anyone would be proud to own and at a great price. Anyway while I was gone my installers broke the left glass door on it so when I came home I started to try to find a replacement door. Of coarse anyone who could get one for me wanted a outrageous price because of it being curved so it would have to be special ordered. Actually they wanted more than I had payed for it. The shower was made in china and I spent days trying to get a response from anyone thats when I thought of Peak Auctioneering. I did write to peak auctioneering and of coarse not happy because no one would help me out anywhere else thats when I got a response from Trisha Shoup. She told me that because of the holidays it would take a little longer for her to get a hold of the manufacture but she promised that she would stay on top of the matter and help me out. That is really why I am writing this. Trisha did do as she said. Trisha keep in contact with me by email and followed through on getting a hold of the manufacture and set it up with them to get in touch with me. I got the order put in on a monday and the door was delivered to me on thursday. The freight company was awesome too they called me on wednesday and set up a delivery for the next day. I thought that it may come in broke a few times before I really would get one but the way the manufacture sent it I got it in excellant condition the first time. So if it was not for Trisha Shoup I doulbt that I would still have the door. So Thrisha thank you so much for caring and seeing that we got to have our shower . You went beyond your or Peak Auctioneering duties and helped us out and we cant not thank you enough. I wish that every place would give customer service as well as you did and your company is very fortunate to have someone who cares like you do. This house has been a nightmare-we bought it right after it was built, but apparently the guy who built it didn't knwo what we was doing, so as we got deeper into a minor remodel of the kitchen to make it functional, and the bathroom to add a washer/dryer, we also discovered a lot of other issues. So my budget is being stretched to the max. Thanks so much for making that change. I sincerely appreciate it. I love the cabinets and you have been amazing to work with. My builder likes the cabinet assembly and the solid wood construciton is reallly great. I absolutely love the doors on both the cabinet styles we have. And it's much better quality than having to use Home Depot or Lowes for the same price!"
